Henri Kandiyoti

Henri was born and lives in Istanbul/ Turkey. He had been taking analogue photos since his childhood. Later, he focused on digital photography more intensely. After he finished his first photography education he took part in the various workshops and ateliers of photography. He is further studying at the Anadolu University Photography and Videography department. He has won nearly 200 awards and acceptances in FIAP-PSA-GPU patronage international contests and in international photography groups.

He  is   selected   administrator   to   5 international photography groups. Nearly 100 photos of him were exhibited in 13 national and 9 international exhibitions held in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Greece, and the United Kingdom. His photos were exhibited at the 6th Antiparos International Photo Festival and at the 3rd Photosphere International Photography Festival in Greece and at the 12th Florence Biennale in Italy at which he won the “Lorenzo il Magnifico’’ 2nd Award for photography. He is one of the few Turkish photographers who has been accepted to international art biennials and photography festivals. He was selected as a “Theme Definer” of the International Istanbul Photo Marathon 2019. Many works of him are owned by galleries and private art collectors. Henri is an ingenious photographer who knows how to reflect the sentiments and nostalgia surrounding the ongoing process of life.
